Delete your account

This page explains how to delete your account and data in Slagmarken: Hidden Ranks by Ejnar Games.

In the game

Open the game and go to Settings.
Tap Delete my account and confirm.

Without the game

Send an email to jannik@ejnargames.dk with the subject "Delete my account". Write your player name, and the email or sign-in (Apple, Google or Steam) you use in the game. We reply within 30 days.

What is deleted

Your account, player name and sign-in link
Your progress, army, tokens and ranked rating
Your chat messages

What is kept, and for how long

Records of purchases are kept by Apple, Google or Valve under their own rules. Deleting your account does not refund a purchase.
Chat messages that were reported are kept for up to 12 months to handle the report.
Anonymous game statistics that cannot be linked to you are kept for up to 24 months.
